November 19, 1977. Number five ranked Michigan hosts the fourth ranked Buckeyes and a shot to play in the Rose Bowl. After thoroughly being thumped in every facet of the game (23 Ohio State first downs compared to Michigan's 10, being outrushed and outpassed) Michigan would escape with a 14-6 victory. More importantly, Bo Schembechler and his Michigan Wolverines tie the "Ten Year War" at 4-4-1. Full game below, full credit going to MGoVideo for the footage:
Bonus: November 19th, 2006. Number two Michigan was facing number one Ohio State. Michigan was reeling as the University was trying to cope with the sudden passing of Michigan legend Bo Schembechler. We all know the ending to this game.. So, I wont open up any old wounds.
